DON POGANY
Founder and Creative Director of Sticky, and a communications and marketing veteran of 25 years, Don has been recognized around the world for excellence in creativity and effectiveness.  His expertise includes writing and design for all media, branding, strategic planning, photography and directing.  He led the teams that created the popular Budweiser Whassup and OfficeMax Rubberband Man campaigns.  A winner of the Grand Prix at the Cannes International Advertising Festival and a three-time Emmy nominee, Don was once cited as the world’s most-awarded Creative Director by Boards magazine. An avid traveler and photographer, Don has given presentations on creativity at conferences around the world.  He is a former SVP/Group Creative Director at DDB.  In 2002, he published Our Flag Was Still There, a photo-journal of his travels across all 50 states in the aftermath of 9/11/2001.

NAN XU
Bright, thoughtful and multi-talented, Nan is our Information Technology Architect and Business Manager.  Born and raised in Beijing, Nan majored in English at the Beijing Foreign Studies University.  She became a staff writer covering Chinese cultural and economic affairs at the Xinhua News Agency.  Aside from being fluent in English and Mandarin, Nan also reads and writes many other languages that are Greek to most people: C++, Java, Visual Basic, C#, XML, PL/SQL and pretty much anything your computer understands.  Nan moved to the U.S. in 1997 to earn an MBA in finance at Washington University in St. Louis and a Master of Information Systems Management degree from Carnegie Mellon in Pittsburgh.  An avid reader, Nan enjoys anything about people, technology, business, news and culture. 

WILLY SIONS
An extremely organized, versatile and easy-going art director, designer and photographer with outstanding agency credentials, Willy has worked primarily in advertising, action sports and the music industry, showcasing his talents and experience in broadcast, interactive design, print and the latest emerging media.  A high level of technical expertise and knowledge of photography and film give him a fresh perspective and approach on both traditional and non-traditional creative.  His work has led agencies like TBWA/Chiat Day, BBDO, Gyro Worldwide and DDB to his creative playground.  Always on board to help the team nurture brands, he also always wants to be on a board: he's an old-time East Coast skateboarder and lifetime surfer.

ARTURO CUBACUB
A distinguished and prolific filmmaker, editor and technical pioneer, Arturo is also owner of production and post-production company i^3.  Arturo's state-of-the art studio allows i^3 to provide comprehensive services: filming, transfer, edit, color correction, effects, mix and IMAX/HD quality output —  for a fraction of the time and cost of the more standard process.  Throughout his career, Arturo has won numerous awards and received national recognition for technical and artistic achievement. 

SARAH WEIS
A gifted writer, musician, performer, producer and interactive media developer, Sarah is Creative Director for i^3, where she also curates the company’s international art events.  She holds a BFA in Musical Theater from the Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University, and has written and starred in two films, including B-17: A Mini-Epic, which had been featured and highly touted in film festivals in Beijing, Melbourne and Berlin.

ROBB BENNETT
Owner of Visual 23 in Atlanta, Robb is a superb Flash programmer and interactive media developer.  He was a landscape designer for 10 years before deciding to change careers, when he became a hermit for three years to master Flash design and animation.  Robb has since won numerous awards for his skills.  Proficient in anything that makes cool stuff happen on your computer, Robb also as a full-sleeve tattoo and a large collection of Bonsai.

MARK PEARSON
A frequent partner with Sticky, Mark Pearson is a Senior Vice President at SolutionSet, a digital, direct, retail and database marketing company. He has worked for clients such as Sears, Kmart, Home Depot, Saks, Bloomingdale’s and JC Penney.  Prior, Mark spent 21 distinguished years at Ambrosi & Associates in Chicago, where he helped build that leading retail advertising agency from 20 people to its peak of over 600.  Mark is on the Board at The Retail Advertising & Marketing Association.

MARTY KOHR
A personable marketing communications specialist and client liaison with 34 years of experience at prestigious agencies like Hal Riney, Y&R, Leo Burnett and DDB, Marty is President of Kohr Communications, a marketing consultancy firm.  Tapping into his vast multi-channel and multi-media experience with clients such as Anheuser-Busch, P&G, Heinz and The Chicago Tribune, Marty also teaches the Capstone business strategy class at the Medill School at Northwestern University. 

RYAN NIX
Ryan is the founder and CEO of Prometheon, a provider of open source software applications and cross platform IT system services, infrastructure management and website development. He is very business-focused and incredibly adept at helping companies find a better solution, and his client experience includes some of the largest advertising agency networks and education institutions.  Ryan is also a Senior IT Consultant at Northwestern University.

AAMER GHAFFAR
Aamer's companies ViralMesh and JavaDive are pioneers in mobile software and image recognition technology.  He has worked with clients across the globe, and has expertise in the development and implementation of software, applications and networking solutions for individuals to enterprises.  Aamer has presented around the world about the importance of brand presence in the mobile space and how to drive sales and provide commerce on the move.

KRISTIAN OLSON
Kristian is an exceptional digital and fine illustrator with an instantly recognizable style.  His work has been accepted into the Communication Arts Illustration Annual twice (America's largest illustration competition), Canada's Applied Arts Photography and Illustration Annual, and 3x3's illustration annual.  He has also been featured in MacUser, Computer Arts, and Taxi Design.  In 2006 he was the cover artist for The Graphic Artists' Guild's Directory of Illustration #23.

CHALCEA PARK
Chalcea is Director of Davie Brown Entertainment, where she provides entertainment marketing consulting and unsurpassed experience in celebrity talent negotiations, music licensing, sponsorships, intellectual property rights licensing, special events and consulting within the entertainment, music and sports worlds.  She has worked on behalf of clients such as Motorola, Kraft, Anheuser-Busch, Dell Computers, Wrigley’s, P&G, T Mobile, Ford, Bridgestone Firestone, Macy’s, Capital One,  McDonald’s, State Farm, JCPenney, Office Max, Johnson & Johnson, Quaker and Aquafina, and has brokered deals with George Clooney, Madonna, Susan Sarandon, Donald Trump, Patrick Dempsey, Sheryl Crow, Rihanna, the Foo Fighters, John Legend, Rolling Stones, Queen and David Bowie.

MARTY HORN
Marty is the intelligent, insightful owner of Horn Research & Consulting, and a former SVP/Strategic Planner at DDB Chicago, where he oversaw the agency’s proprietary Life Style and Brand Capital Studies and Drivers of Brand Preference.  Marty's client experience includes McDonald’s, SC Johnson, Qwest. Recently, Marty has worked with Northwestern University (Kellogg School of Management’s Executive Education Program) and America’s Blood Centers.
 
DJ WEBB
DJ is an incredibly likable Senior Art Director with vast experience in TV, print, interactive, alternative media, point-of-sale and consumer response marketing.  His client experience includes AutoZone, Anheuser-Busch, AutoZone, Coca Cola Company, Midas, Miller Brewing Company, OfficeMax, State Farm and many others.  DJ earned his Master's Of Science degree from VCU Brandcenter in Richmond, VA, and is a former recipient of the Bill Bernbach Minority Scholarship.    

TNOP WANGSILLAPAKUN
Tnop is one of the world's top graphic designers.  He has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in visual communication and a Master’s degree in graphic design from Savannah College of Art and Design, Georgia. Tnop began his career in advertising at J. Walter Thompson and TBWA in Bangkok.  He moved to the U.S. to become a graphic designer at Segura, Inc. Tnop's client experience includes Nike, MTV and DC Comics.  He currently has his own design studios in Chicago and Bangkok.

LANDRY MILLER
Landry Miller is a thoughtful and dedicated graphic designer with immense talent.  He dares to experiment, yet is always mindful of arriving at simple executions that communicate well.  Landry provides that very rare combination: very highly conceptual thinking and a great eye.  He is a very individual and original thinker who excels at typography, Photoshop, Illustrator and web design. 

TERRY RAYMENT
Terry is a talented motion graphics developer, photographer and videographer.  He has an exceptional eye for film and a great deal of experience in production, which allows him to effortlessly be a director of photography or camera operator.  Terry enjoys the fine details of post-production, and can often immerse himself for hours in a project with constant improvement as the goal.

RYANN FLYNN
Ryann is a cool and hard-working art director with exceptional ability to generate a wide range of great concepts.  She thinks outside the box, and across all media platforms.  Ryann is also well-suited for a producer's role, and demonstrates the trait all creative directors admire: the initiative to bring a project to life by doing the necessary work and following up on the little details it takes to help it succeed.
